
The conditions are layed out in reference to Vyrtex Pty Limited Trading as "Ozmotorsport Performance"
Ozmotorsport Performance is only responsible for your goods from when you have placed and paid for your order, until the time that they are picked up or dropped off at a carrier service.
All orders will be shipped out via Australia Post, Or an applicable courier company ie, Fastway couriers, TNT or PACE etc.
All damaged, lost, mis-handled and late delivery concerns are the responsibility of the carrier.
- In the unlikely event that an international package has taken longer to deliver than the times indicated, an inquiry will be lodged to locate it. This process can take up to 2 months to conduct. You will be supplied a copy of the custom consignment note (if applicable) and the enquiry form that shows the search for your item has begun.
- If your package is deemed lost after the enquiry has been conducted, an insurance claim can be lodged. An excess of $100 AUD must be paid by the customer to lodge the insurance claim.
Ozmotorsport Performance is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, GST, brokerage payment, etc, for your order. Please check with your country's customs to enquire about these before placing your order. If the customer fails to pay all customs duties, taxes, GST, brokerage payment, etc, all additional costs for the return of the package are the responsibility of the purchasor.
Ozmotorsport Performance ensures all items have been throughly tested and checked before shipping, unless a specific 6 or 12 month warranty is specified in a product listing a 21 day limited warranty from the day of invoicing will occur: This warranty applies for street registered cars only. Conditions of the 21 day warranty are as follows:
All items damaged in shipping are not covered.
- Unopened items can be returned for a refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 30% will also be charged.
- Items purchased before shipping, may be cancelled for a full refund, minus a 30% restocking fee.
- Custom Orders are not entitled to a refund any under circumstances.
- For any warranty to be valid, all products must be installed by a person licenced to install the product.
- Items that appear to be defective must first be reported to Ozmotorsport Performance via email, photos of the defective part taken and a description of the problem must be provided.
- If the item is declared defective by Ozmotorsport Performance, the item can be returned at the cost of Ozmotorsport Performance for a full refund or exchange.
There is NO WARRANTY under any circumstances for Ozmotorsport Performance Products 'checked' by another company prior to contacting Ozmotorsport Performance. If this is to occur, any warranties become Void immediately. In addition any products used in motor sport or racing activity have no warranty unless specified by the original manafacturer. Any claims are the responsibility of the customer and Ozmotorsport Performance will not be held responsible under any circumstances.
Ozmotorsport Performance is not Liable for ANY damage, loss or injury that occurs to a vehicle, property or person using products distributed by Ozmotorsport Performance,
Ozmotorsport Performance encourages customers to check the legality of 'modifications' made to road vehicles in their state and to seek the appropriate engineering service signatory for modifications made to road vehicles. Ozmotorsport Performance is not liable and does not encourage illegal or 'OFF ROAD USE ONLY' parts being used on registered vehicles.
Ozmotorsport Performance reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
