History

In 1979, Red Line Oil began creating lubricants for the racing industry. Today, we manufacture more than 100 quality products, including motor oils, gear oils, assembly lubes, fuel additives and our popular WaterWetter® cooling additive for the automotive, motorcycle, marine and industrial markets.

Redline Synthetic Oil range at OzMotorsport

The Redline lineup is based around a few key products, 

• Redline Motor Oil: a high performance range of ZDDP-reinforced, PAO Ester based motor oils. Available in 9 viscosities and meeting various OEM specifications, there is almost certainly a Redline Motor Oil for your application. 
• Redline Professional Series Motor Oil: a lineup of PAO based oils tailored for European specifications, where marques have distinct requirements in small gasoline and diesel engines.
• Redline Race Motor Oil: the big boys; polyol ester based motor oils with an extra strength dose of zinc and phosphorus for maximum wear protection. As the saying goes, 'designed in the lab and proven on the track', Redline Race OIls feature heavily on the drag strip.
• Redline GL-5 Gear and Diff Oils: a selection of modern gear oils that meet GL-5 specification, which means a high content of extreme pressure additives. 
• Redline GL-4 Gear and Diff Oils: suitable for older (90's...) cars with brass synchros, and other yellow metal components, the Redline GL-4 oils come in various viscosities and formulations to suit your application.
• Redline Shockproof Gear Oils: the Shockproof oils feature a unique composition giving them a particular blend of high film thickness but low friction, famously giving them the 'best of both worlds'.
